Ideeprogrammer built the PDF Voice Reader app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Ideeprogrammer at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Offline Processing: Our app uses Google ML Kit for Text Recognition (OCR) and Android's Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine. All processing of your PDF files and comic images is performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your document content on any external servers.

2. Permissions

The app requests the following permissions for core functionality:

• AD_ID Permission: Used by the AdMob SDK to provide relevant advertising experiences.
• Storage Access (URI Persistence): To allow you to open your selected PDF files across different app sessions without re-selecting them.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob

4. Advertising

We use AdMob to display advertisements (App Open, Banner, and Interstitial ads). These third-party vendors use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your interests.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
